向Train Mode中添加LevelPanel调整

创建UI滑动进入和收回动画控制
创建一个通用的LevelProbabilityPanel而不是Start页面专用
将AddEventTrigger作为Extension添加到EventTrigger上
修改LevelPanel的Material为UniversalBlur
